目的研究生包底物5＇-溴-4＇-氯-吲哚-3＇-氧唾液酸苷1的合成工艺。方法以市售唾液酸为原料，经5步反应4步操作制得生色底物1，即乙酰化、氯化、缩合和脱保护基。结果得到的样品经H-NMR和质谱分析为结构正确化合物。结论此合成工艺简化了操作、降低了成本、更适宜于大量制备。

OBJECTIVE To study the synthesis of chromogcnic substrate 5'-bromo-4'-chloroindol-3'-epoxysialoside. METHODS The substrate 1 was synthesized from sialic acid via 4 steps. They were acetylation,chlorination,condensation and deprotection respec-tively. RESULT The synthesized product was proved to be substrate 1 by 'H-NMR and MS. CONCLUSION This synthesis route appeared to be convenient,cheap and suitable for large scale preparation.
