摘要

目的建立一种一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定PLGA微球内生长激素含量的方法。方法以生长激素的一阶导数紫外扫描图谱在282NM和306NM处出现的牲谷和牲峰间的振幅A进行定量。结果生长激素讥、中、低3个浓度的回收率分别为98.16%,99.18%,96.10%;RSD分别为0.99%,1.50%,4.03%(N=5)。PLGA微球的包封率为87.13%;RSD为0.91%(N=5)。结论本方法简便,易操作,结果准确可靠。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE A method of first derivative UV spectrophotometry for growth hormone in PLGA microspheres was described. METHOD The first derivative UV spectrophotometry for growth hormone was established at 306 nm and 282 nm. RESULT The recoveries of high,medium and low concentrations of growth hormone were 98.16% ,99. 18% and 96.10% respectively with RSD 0.99%, 1.50% and 4.03%(m =5). The encapsulation efficiencies of microspheres was 87. 13% with RSD 0.91 % (n = 5).CONCLUSION The assay for growth hormone in PLGA microspheres is simple,rapid and reliable.
