目的对地菍(Melastoma dodecandrum Lour)全草的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法溶剂萃取及各种色谱技术分离纯化,经UV,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS以及化学方法鉴定了它们的结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别是木犀草素(Ⅰ)、木犀草素-7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、木犀草素-7-O-β-半乳糖苷(Ⅲ)、槲皮素(Ⅳ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-半乳糖苷(Ⅵ)、广寄生苷(Ⅶ)。结论这些成分均为首次从该植物中获得。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the chemical constituents of the whole plant of chinese herb -Melastoma Dodecandrum- Lour.METHOD S The flavonoid constituents were isolated by solvent extraction and chromatography.Their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physicchemical constant and spectral data.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as luteolin (Ⅰ),luteolin-7-O-β-glucoside (Ⅱ),luteolin-7-O-β-galactoside (Ⅲ),quercetin (Ⅳ),quercetin-3-O-β-glucoside (Ⅴ),quercetin-3-O-β-galactoside (Ⅵ) and avicularin (Ⅶ).CONCLUSION The abovementioned compounds were separated from the plant for the first time.
