摘要
目的 探讨疲劳安胶囊中脱皮甾酮的含量测定。方法 采用HPLC进行测定。结果 本法平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为96.15%和2.01%。结论 本法灵敏、稳定、准确，可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop an assay for the measurement of the contents of ecdysterone in Pilaoan capsule. METHODS HPLC was used for the determination of ecdysterone. RESULTS:The average recovery rate of ecdysterone was 96.15% with RSD 2.01%. CONCLUSION This method was sensitive,stable and accurate.It can be used to determine and control the quality of Pilaoan capsule.
