目的 探讨HPLC测定栀子苷含量。方法 十八烷基键合硅胶柱，流动相甲醇-水(20∶80)，检测波长240 nm。结果 检测量在0～1.276 μg内，峰面积与浓度线形关系良好，回归方程Y=1566700X-4691，r=0.9998。平均回收率为99.25%，RSD＝2.78%。结论 方法简便快速，重现性好，可作为质量控制指标。

OBJECTIVE To estimate an HPLC for determination of gardenoside in Tuihuang oral liquid. METHODS Chromatographic olumn C₁₈ODS;Mobile phase MeOH-water 20∶80)；detection wavelength 240 nm. RESULTS The linear regression equation was Y=1566700x-4691,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 99.25% with RSD=2.78% n=5). CONCLUSION This is a simple,accurate method which can be used for quantitative analysis of Tuihuang oral liquid.
