摘要
目的 研究川东獐牙菜的活性成分。方法 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和UV,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等光谱分析方法。结果 鉴定4个化合物,分别为苦龙胆酯苷(amarogentin,Ⅰ)、雏菊叶龙胆苷(swertianolin,Ⅱ)、去甲基雏菊叶龙胆酮(demethylbellidifolin,Ⅲ)和雏菊叶龙胆酮(bellidifolin,Ⅳ)。结论 Ⅱ,Ⅲ均为首次从本植物中分离得到,首次利用2D-NMR实验技术对amarogentin的波谱数据进行了系统归属。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the active constituents of Swertia davidi Franch. METHODS The raw compounds were isolated by using column chromatography with silica gel and sephadex LH-20.Their structrues were confirmed by IR,MS,1H and 13C-NMR and /or 1H-13 CCOSY. RESULTS Four compounds were elucidated as amarogentin,swertianolin,demethylbellidifollin and bellidifolin,respectively. CONCLUSION Swertianolin and demethylbellidifolin were first time isolated from this plant.The structrue of amarogentin was elucidated by two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (2D-NMR).
