目的:考察异烟肼类脂质体的制备工艺,并评价其质童。方法:用薄膜分散法制备异烟肼类脂质体,并时其形态学、包封率、PH值和稳定性等进行研究。结果:异烟肼类脂质体球形圆整,大小较均匀,算术平均径为3.43μm,包封率为24.9596,异烟肼类脂质体分散于10 mmol·L〈sup〉-1〈/sup〉的pH7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液中,4℃和25℃进光贮存3个月稳定。结论:类脂质体的制备工艺对其质量有较大影响,选择薄膜分散法优化工艺制备得到的类脂质体,包封率较高,德定性较好。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation of isoniazid encapsulated niosome (INH-NS) and evaluate its quality. METHODS: The niosomes were prepared by hand shaking method.The morphology of INHNS,the entrapment efficiency and the stability of INH-NS were studies. RESULTS: The niosomes were spherical with the diameter over 2.21~6.78 μm and the extent of entrpment of the INHNS was 24.95%.The INH-NS was stable for three months when stored in refrigerator or at room temperature. CONCLUSION: The entrapment efficiency of INHNS and the stability of INHNS prepared by handshaking method was good.
