目的：比较他佐巴坦与舒巴坦的抑酶强弱。方法：测定K；值及IC〈sub〉50〈/sub〉结果：他佐巴坦的K〈sub〉i〈/sub〉值大于舒巴坦的Ksub〉i〈/sub〉；值；他佐巴坦的IC〈sub〉50〈/sub〉小于舒巴坦的IC〈sub〉50〈/sub〉。结论：他佐巴坦的抑酶作用强于舒巴坦。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To compare the inhibitory activity to β-lactamase of tazobactam with sulbactum. METHODS: The Ki and IC50values of tazobactam and sulbactum were measured. RESULTS: The Ki value of tazobactam was higher than that of sulbactum and the IC50value of tazobactam was lower than that of sulbactum. CONCLUSION: The inhibitory activity of tazobactam was stronger than that of sulbactum.
