目的：对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfardine Hook.f.)的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法：以乙醇渗渡提取，硅胶柱层析分离，理化常数和光谱数据确定3个化合物的结构。结果：分得3个化合物，分别鉴定为：①木脂素类化合物：Ⅰ：5ˊ-甲氧基- (一)-松脂素(medioresinol)；Ⅱ：丁香脂素(syringaresinol)；②降倍半萜内酯：Ⅲ：雷藤素(wilforonide)。结论：化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从雷公藤中获得。

OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of roots of Tripterygium wilfordine Hook .f. METHODS: Lignans compounds were extracted and separated by means of cool ethanol extraction and chromatography on silica gel.Their structures were determined by physical,chemical and spectral data analysis. RESULTS: Three compounds were isolated from ethanol extracts:①Lignans compounds:Ⅰ:medioresinol；Ⅱ:syringaresinol;②sesquierpene olide:Ⅲ:wilforonide. CONCLUSION: CompoundⅠ,Ⅱ were separated from Tripterygium wilfordine Hook .f. for the first time.
