摘要

目的:筛选和分离微生物产生的免疫抑制活性物质。方法:应用酵母系统筛选具有免疫抑制活性的阳性菌株,通过发酵、溶媒萃取、硅胶柱分离和纯化获得活性化合物的单体;测定理化性质和MS,IR,UV,NMR等图谱,确定化合物的化学结构。结果:从800菌株中分离出2个异黄酮化合物,确定其结构。结论:微生物可以合成异黄酮化合物。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To screen and isolate immunosuppressants from microorganisms.METHODS:Using yeast systemin vitro,we screened the metabolites of microorganisms and found the strains with immunosuppressant activity.Pure active compounds were obtained by fermentation,solvent extraction,solica gel chromatography etc.The chemical structures were elucidated through analyses of physico-chemical properties,MS,IR,UV,NMR spectra,respectively.RESULTS:Two isoflavone compounds were isolated from the strain 800.Their structures were elucidated.CONCLUSION:Microorganisms can synthesize isoflavone compounds.
