摘要

目的:解决原料药芫花酯甲含量测定中的干扰问题。方法:研究利用高效液相色谱法测定芫花酯甲含量的方法,并同紫外分光光度法以资对比。结果:高效液相色谱法平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为0.36%。结论:结果显示该方法灵敏,准确,专属性强,可替代紫外分光光度法。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To solve the problem of interfere in the determination of yuarhuacine,the raw medicine.METHODS:The content of yuanhuacine is determined by HPLC assay and by ultraviolet spectrophotometry as well for comparison.RESULT:The average recovery by HPLC was 99.47%(RSD0.36%).CONCLUSION:The HPLC developed here was more sensitive and accurate,and can replace the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
