目的:增加替硝唑临床应用的剂型,满足妇科治疗滴虫性阴道炎和细菌性阴道炎的需要。方法:采用半合成脂肪酸甘油酯为基质,以替硝唑和氧氟沙星为主药,按照制备栓剂的一般方法制备复方替硝唑栓。结果:所得制剂疗效确切,无刺激性,且质量可控。结论:复方替硝唑栓是值得临床推广的制剂。

OBJECTIVE:To extend clinical application of preparations of tinidazole,and satisfy the needs of gynecologic treating trichomonas vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis.METHODS:Semi-synthetic glyceryl stearate is used as exipinet.The main ingredient of suppository contains tinidazole and ofloxacin.The suppository is prepared according to the ordinary method of mannufacturing.RESULTS:The effect of suppository is good and no stimulution to mucosa.Its quality can be controlled.CONCLUSION:It is worth expanding in the clinic.
