摘要
目的:研究我国特有植物铁破锣 [Beesia calthifolia(Maxim) .Ulhr.]全草的化学成分,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法:利用硅胶柱层析进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从其石油醚萃取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:蒲公英赛酮 (Ⅰ)、蒲公英赛醇 (Ⅱ)、表木栓醇 (Ⅲ)、E-24-ζ-ethyl-cholest-3α-ol(Ⅳ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、和Ⅳ系首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the chemical constituents of the whole plant of native Beesia calthifoliain China.METHODS:Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel.Their structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral analysis.RESULTS:Five compounds were isolated from the petroleum extract.Their structures were identified as taraxerone(Ⅰ),taraxerol(Ⅱ),epifriedelinol(Ⅲ),E-24ζ-ethyl-cholest-22-en-3α-ol(Ⅳ) and β-sitosterol(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION:Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
