摘要
目的:介绍异维A酸 (IT)、阿维A酯 (ET)和阿维A(AC)的致畸作用,孕期使用的危险性及探讨致畸预防措施,从而保障患皮肤病育龄妇女的安全用药。方法:通过文献资料的复习与综合,对前述3药的致畸作用及致畸预防措施进行分析和总结。结果:上述3药对人和动物都有极其危险的致畸作用。IT对孕期服药妇女的致畸胎率比自然发生率高20倍以上。ET和AC停药后2年或更长时间内仍有致畸作用。结论:为预防致畸作用的发生,育龄妇女在用药期间及用药前后应严格避孕,并采取有力的综合性预防措施。
