开发新镇痛剂的药理学方向

摘要

目的：依据药理学的新进展，探讨开发新镇痛剂的途径。方法：综合国外有关文献，进行学术探讨。结果：迄今为止已有6类新药正在开发，有的已进入临床试验，包括激肽受体抑制剂、环氧化酶抑制剂、NO合酶抑制剂、辣椒素衍生物、速激肽受体拮抗剂、以及兴奋性氨基酸受体拮抗剂等。结论：此类药物虽独辟蹊径、构思新颖，但尚处于前期阶段。随着研究的深入发展，预期在不久的将来会有一批新型镇痛剂问世。
