摘要
目的:研究建立测定替加氟血药浓度的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定不同给药方式的替加氟血药浓度。结果:本法灵敏度高,最低检测限为1.5ng·ml-1,重现性好,操作简便。结论:本法为临床监测或血药浓度研究提供了一种简便、快速、微量、准确的分析手段。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study and set up a method of determining radiately solidified tegafur concentration in blood. METHOD: High performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: High sensitivity, detectable limitation of 1.5 ng per ml, good precision, and easy operations. CONCLUSION: It is a simple, speedy and accurate method of analysis for clinical monitoring.
