摘要
目的：对氟马西尼(FMZ)的临床应用进行综合评介。方法：从氟马西尼的作用机制、药动学特性、临床应用及不良反应等几个方面进行论述。结果：氟马西尼口服吸收良好，但肝脏首过作用大，其生物利用度仅为16%左右。静脉给药，1min～2min即生效，消除半衰期约为50min。临床上主要用于终止苯二氮类(BZs)诱导和维持的全身麻醉，BZs中毒的诊断与治疗，ICU中患者BZs的拮抗以及治疗肝性脑病等。结论：FMZ是第一个特异性BZs的拮抗剂，在逆转BZs中枢作用方面应用广泛，起效快，毒性低。
