摘要
目的:研究茯苓中能增强机体自身产生集落刺激因子的四环三萜酸类化合物。方法:未用真空柱层析方法、薄层制备等多种色谱方法进行分离,运用红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳借,氢-氢相关谱、破-氢相关谱等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从茯苓具有集落刺激因子诱生作用的组分中分离鉴定了两个四环三萜酸类成分,分别是猪苓酸C和茯苓酸。结论:具有集落刺激因子诱生作用的猪苓酸C为首次从茯苓中分得。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study the constituents of Poria cocos that induce the product of CSFs by macrophage. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were determined by IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR, H-H cosy, C-H cosy and MS analyses. RESULTS: Two triterpenoids were obtained and their structures were identified as polyporenic acid C and pachymaic acid. CONCLUSION: Polyporenic acid C was isolated from Poria cocos for the first time. Its action on the mechanism of CSFs inducing product by these two compounds is under study.
