目的:研究中药制剂月月舒冲剂中延胡索乙素的定量方法。方法:采用薄层扫描关光法进行测定，以正己烷-氯仿-甲醇-二乙胺为展开剂，激发波长的λ 275 nm。结果:本法平均回收率及相对标准差分别为96.54%和2.70%。结论:本法灵敏，简便，准确，可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制。

OBJEOTIVE: To study a method for concentration determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yueyueshu granule(Chinese tradifional patent medicine ) . METHODS: TLC-fluorescence scanning was used to determine its concentration. Developer was n-hexane-chloroform-ethyl alcohol-diethylin(10:6:1:1d) λ_ex:275 nm. RESULTS: The analytical recoveries (x%)was 96.54% and the RSD was 2.70%，CONCLUSION : The results show that this method for concentration determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yueyueshu granule is sensitive, simple, special and accurate.
