摘要
目的:建立藿香正气颗粒剂中藿香、白芷、白术及大枣的定性鉴别方法。方法:以标准药材为对照,分别建立了藿香、白芷、白米及大枣的薄层色谱检测方法,并对不同批号及加速试验样品进行了实测。结果:我们所建立的4
种薄层色谱方法简便、可靠。结论:本法可作为藿香正气颗粒剂质量控制的有效方法。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the qualitative detection methods for the titled granules. METHODS: TLC was used to detect the 4 Chinese medicines (Pogostemon cablin,Angelica dahurica, Atractylades macrocephala and Fructus Jujubae) in the granules, and to examine the stability of the granules at room temperature and accelerative conditions [(4010.5)℃,75% RH ] at the end of 2, 4 and 6 months. RESULTS: The methods were simple, reliable and reproducible. CONCLUSION: The methods are useful in stability examination and quality control for these four Chinese medicines in the granules.
