目的:对小茴香超临界CO2萃取产物的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取技术从小茴香中萃取出小茴香油,再利用GC, GC-MS和脂肪酸衍生化处理等手段,对小茴香的SFE-CQ2产物进行了成分分析。结果:鉴定了小茴香超临界CO2萃取产物中的14种组分,占出峰总面积的98.24%;鉴定了小茴香超临界CO2萃取产物中的8种脂肪酸组分。结论:小茴香超临界CO2萃取产物的主要成分是茴香脑、十八碳一烯酸、十八碳二烯酸和棕榈酸等。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the composition of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction product of Foeniculum vulgare Mill. seeds. METHODS: GC, GC-MS and dervation of fatty acids were used. RESULTS: 14 compositions were identified in the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction product of Foeniculum vulgare Mill. seeds and 8 acid compounds were identified in fatty acids of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction product of Foeniculum vulgare Mill. seeds. CONCLUSION: The main compositions of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction product of Foeniculum vulgare Mill. seeds are anethole and fatty acids.
