目的：建立健神益智片的质量撞制方法。方法:用薄层层析法对其中的人参皂普和何首鸟进行定性鉴别，用比色法对其中的主要有效成分人参皂普进行了定量测定。萦外检浏波长为d 238 nm。结果：线性范围25~125 μg，平均回收率为100.39% (n=9),RSD为1.20%。结论：此方法中各阴性对照品均无干扰，含量测定方法灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

OBJECTIVE: A quality control method was established for Jianshen Yizhi Tablet (Chinese patent medicine). METHOD:Its ingrediets ginseng sopanin(GS) and Polygonum multiflorum thunb were identified by TLC. A colormetric method for determing GS,the main effective ingredients in the tablet,was established. Detecfive wavelength was 238 nm. RESULTS:The method was linear within the range of 25~125 pg,the average recovery was 100.39 % ,and the RSD was 1.21%.CONCLUSION :The method is sensitive and highly reproducible and it may be used for the quantitative determination of the tablet.
