木蹄[（Pyropolypourus fomentarius（L．ex．Fr．）Teng]子实体热水提取物经乙醇沉淀．乙酸铜分步，DEAE一纤维素柱层析，得到4个多糖组分（BI～BN）。药理实验表明：BI BN部分对优Hela细胞有明显杀伤作用；BI，BI部分对Hela细胞没有杀伤作用，但显著抑制了 Hela细胞生长。水洗脱部分（BI）经 Sepharose 4B凝胶柱层析、Sep－PakC柱层析，得到两种纯多糖 BI－IW，BI－IE。分别测定了它们中蛋白质、糖醛酸、总糖含量及分子量，并进行了组成糖分析。

Four polysaccharldes（BI—BN）were extracted from Mutl[Pyropolyporus fomen－ tarius（L．ex Fr．）Teng] by water and precipitated with ETOH．Ion－exchange chormatography was done on DEAE-cellouse．The pharmacological test showed that BⅢ and BⅣkilling activity to Hela cell．BI an BⅡ showed no influence on Hela cell，but BI and BⅡ obviousg inhibited growth of Hela cells．Two homogeneous polysaccharides BI－IW．BI－IE were isolated from BI by chromatography on sepharse 4B，Sep－pak C18 column．The contents of protein·uronic acid and carbohydrate were detected and their component sugars were analysed．
