采用NOVA－pakODS（150mm×4．6mm）柱，流动相为甲醇-水-TEA（63：35：2，pH3．1），在215um波长处检测，以咖啡因为内标物，对小儿退热片中的醋氨酚和扑尔敏同时进行合量测定。马来酸、醋氨酚、咖啡因和扑尔敏碱基的保留时间分别为1．76．1．98．2．53，6．54min．线性关系及重复性良好。并对以往若干文献在HPLC测定有关扑尔敏的药物分析中，误将马来酸当成扑尔敏母体峰的错误予以指正。

A liquid chromatographic method was developed for simultaneous determination of acetaminophen and chlorphenamine．Chromatography was performed on NOVA－pak ODS col－ umn，and detected at 215nm．Caffeine was used as an internal standard．The mobile phase consist－ ed of methanol－water－triethylamine（63：35：2），and the pH was adjusted to 3.1 with phosphoric acid．The retension times for acetaminophen，chlorphenamine and caffeine were1．76．1．98．2．53 and 6．54min，respectively，The accuracy and relliability were satisfactory．
