摘要

采用多元线性回归分光光度法测定多组分混合物.算式为∑mKiAi=kC。按均匀设计配制一组标准混合液,测定所选定m个波长的混合吸光度,通过微机对m个波长的吸光度与混合液中欲定量组分的浓度进行多元回归获得工作方程.应用该法测定了双组分复方制剂利多卡因、丁卡因注射液中的盐酸利多卡因和复方丁卡因注射液中的盐酸麻黄碱,回收率分别为 100.89%.和 100.05%,RSD分别为0.56%和0.34%。

Abstract

We proposed multiple linear regression spectrophotomerry for determining multi- component mixture.The mathematical formula was ∑mKiAi=kC。A set of standard liquid mix- tures was prepared according to uniform design、and the absorption data of the mixture were measured at m wavelength.By means of computer,multilinear regression was used to process the absorption data of m wavelength and desired component concentrations of liquid mixtures in order to obtain working equation.The method was used to determine lidocaine hydrochloride of lido- caine.Amethocaine injection and ephedrine hydrochloride of compound amethocaine injection.The mean recoveries were respectively 100.89%and 100.05%with RSD 0.56%and 0.34%.
