以盐酸普罗帕酮为模型药物,比较了海藻酸钠、脱乙酰壳多糖以及两者混合物骨架的缓释作用及释药特性。结果表明,海藻酸钠与脱乙酰壳多糖混合物的缓释作用最好,释药速度受递质pH的影响较小,当两者比例为1:1或3:2时,缓释片在人工胃液和人工肠液中的释药规律相近。
Abstract
We studied sustained release characteristics of sodium alginate( NaAlg),chitosan(CS)and their mixture,incorporation with propafenone hydrochloride(PF)as a model drug.Theresults showed that the sustained release effect of the mixed matrix of NaAlg and CS was the bestamong the three matrices studied,being less affected by pH value of the dissolution medium andyet performing an approximatly constant release rate in artificial gastro-enteric medium when theratio of NaAlg to CS was 1:1 or 3 :2 in the mixed matrix.
