以固定化葡萄糖氧化酶和h2H2电极构成流型葡萄糖酶电极生物传感器,研究了葡萄糖生物传感器分析法的分析条件、各种参数,并以旋光法测定葡萄糖注射液的含量进行对比,获得较为一致的结果。
Abstract
Glucose oxidase was ilnmobilized at a platinized activated carbon electrode and theenzyme electrode was used for the amperomet ric determination of glucose in injection by theelectrochemical detection of enzymically prod uced hydrogen peroxide. The performance of theelectrode was cornpared with the traditionaltechnique optical rotation.
