用柱层析方法将雷公藤多甙分为８个组分，经薄层层析检测出４个环氧二萜内酯化合物即雷公藤内酯二醇，雷醇内酯，雷公藤氯内酯醇，雷公内酯三醇，并从雷公藤多甙中提取分离出雷公藤内酯二醇结晶。建议用雷公藤内酯二醇的含量作为雷公藤多甙片的质量标准。
Abstract
We found four diterpene lactone epoxide compounds in total glucosides of Triptery -gium wilfordii(T_Ⅱ ) by TLC。 There were tripdiolide,triptolidenol,tripchlorolide and triptriolide.The crystal of tripdiolied was obtained from T_Ⅱ. We determined tripdiolide in total glucoside intables.
