采用紫外分光光度法测定咪康唑搽剂中硝酸咪康唑的含量，选用95％乙酸为溶剂，测定波长为272nm，平均回收率99．76％（n＝5），RSD＝0．36％。搽剂中的附加剂对测定无干扰。
