Cefmetazole was extractecd bv chloroform-1-pentanol(3: 1 ) and phosphate buffer(pH7. 0) twice from plasma and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The recovery was98.6%with good linear relation(r=0. 9996). The pharmacokinetic process fited to two-compar-ment open inodel in rabbits。 The main parameters were T_1/2a. 376h,T_1/3β=2. 16h,and AUC 632μg·h·ml^-1。
