摘要

缺血前10min灌流FeSO-4(0.1μmol/L)/抗坏血酸(1μmol/L)自由基发生系统,可加重大鼠离体灌流心脏缺血再灌注损伤。缺血前10min给予左旋四氢帕马丁能显著减少FeSO-4/抗坏血酸自由基发生系统所致再灌注室颤发生率,同时伤心肌超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力升高,丙二醛含量降低,冠脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶含量减少,效果与还原型谷胱甘肽近似。

Abstract

FeSO-4(0.1μmol/L)/ascorbic acid(1μmol/L)free radical genertating system wasperfused 10 min prior to the ligation of coronary artery of the isolated rat heart. We observed thatthe ischemic/reperfusion damage might be aggravated by this method.When L-tetrahy-dropalmatine was perfused 10 min prior to the ligation of coronary artery,we noticed that theagent might significately reduce the incidence of reperfusion ventricular fibrillation exacerbated byFeSO-4/ascorbic acid free radical generating system. At the same time,the level of SOD and GSH-P_x activity was elevated,and the level of MDA was reduced in myocardium. The content of LDH incoronary flow was also reduced. The result was almost the same as that of reduced glutathione.
