摘要
用差示扫描量热法,将熊胆及其伪品(1.400~1.500mg)以10K/min的速率升温,在323~773K范围内扫描,测得DSC和FDDSC曲线。其曲线具有一定的规律和特征,根据曲线的特征可用于熊胆及其伪品的鉴别。
Abstract
We studied differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for distingushing bear’s galland its falsities. The temperature was increased at the rate of 10K/min scanning.DSC curves andthe first derivatives of DSC curves(FDDSC ) were obtained in the range from 323K to 773K。These curves showed definite rules and characteristics,from which,we can distinguish the bear’sgall and its falsities.
