Abstract:Eucommiae Cortex is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine. Its raw products and salt-processed products are often used to nourish liver and kidney and strengthen muscles and bones. Based on systematic study of literature, this paper summarizes the influence of processing technology on the quality of Eucommia ulmoides, as well as recent research progress in the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Eucommia ulmoides, in order to lay a foundation for the research of normalization and standardization of Eucommia ulmoides decoction pieces.
