Abstract��
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of catechin- 7-O-��-D-Glucopyranoside in Vignae Semen. METHODS The analysis was carried out on a Grace PrevailTM C18 column (4.6 mm��250 mm�� 5 ��m at 30 �棬 using acetonitrile and water (isocratic elution�� 6��94 as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL��min-1�� and the detective wavelength was 230 nm. RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.04-1.00 mg��mL-1�� and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The average recovery was 101.2% (n=6. CONCLUSION This established method is accurate�� reliable�� reproducible�� and can be used to control the quality of Vignae Semen.
