Abstract�� OBJECTIVE To establish a high��performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of scopoletin in Tengluoning capsules. METHODS Zorbax RX-SIL column was used.The mixture of n��hexane��dichloromethane methanol ammonia (200��200��12��1) was used as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 349 nm and the flow rate at 1.0 mL��min-1. RESULTS The mean recovery of scopoletin in Tengluoning capsules was 98.02%(RSD=1.98%)(n=6). CONCLUSION The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate.
