Abstract�� OBJECTIVE To optimize the prescription and preparation of bFGF liposome.METHODS The encapsulation efficiency,stability KE and biological activity of bFGF liposomes were evaluated by single factor test and full factor test.Orthogonal design were used to obtain the optimum prescription and preparation of bFGF liposome.RESULTS The encapsulation efficiency of optimal formulation was(79.88��3.37)%,stability KE was(1.02��0.413)% and bioactivity was(6.147��0.7691)��105 U��mL-1.CONCLUSION bFGF lioposomes had high encapsulation efficiency,good physical chemical stability and high bioactivity.
