摘要: 蛋白质组学技术广泛应用于生理与病理状态下差异蛋白表达的研究,在人类精子蛋白质组研究方面,许多学者通过该技术对生理与病理状态下精子差异蛋白表达进行了研究,从蛋白质组水平揭示了解精子不同生理与病理条件下的蛋白质表达谱的变化规律,为全面理解精子生理与病理的分子机制提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract: Proteomic technology widely used to research differently expressed proteins under different physiology and pathologic state. In the aspect of the human spermatozoa proteomics, many scholar have researched the differently expressed proteins under physiology and pathologic state by modern proteomics technology, revealed the change rule of sperm under different physiology and pathologic state from proteome level, and provided reliable theoretic base for deeply understand sperm molecule mechanism of physiology and pathologic state.
