活动期白癜风患者血清γ干扰素含量升高

Serum IFN-γ is increased in patients with active vitiligo

摘要: 目的 探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF-α))、肿瘤坏死因子β(TNF-β)、E-钙黏附素(E-cad)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)等细胞因子和CD8在白癜风患者血清中的含量变化。方法 收集2017年5月至2018 年12月在邢台市人民医院皮肤科就诊的60例白癜风患者(活动期30例,稳定期30例)及体检中心健康人群对照组30例;采用ELISA检测血清中CRP、TNF-α、TNF-β、E-cad、IFN-γ和CD8因子含量。结果 活动期组和稳定期组血清CRP、TNF-α、TNF-β、IFN-γ含量均显著升高(P<0.05);活动期组血清IFN-γ含量显著高于稳定期组(P<0.05);活动期组用药6个月后,血清IFN-γ含量较用药前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 血清IFN-γ含量或可作为辅助评价白癜风活动性的实验室指标。

Abstract: Objective To examine serum C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β), E-cadherin (E-cad), human interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and cluster of differentiation 8 (CD8) in patients with vitiligo. Methods From May 2017 to December 2018, 60 patients with vitiligo (30 cases in active phase group and 30 cases in stable stage group) and 30 cases as control group collected from physical examination center joined the research program. The content of serum CRP, TNF-α, TNF-β, E-cad, IFN-γ and CD8 were compared among the three groups by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The content of serum CRP, TNF-α, TNF-β and IFN-γ in patients with active and stable vitiligo were significantly higher(P<0.05). The content of serum IFN-γ in patients with active vitiligo was significantly higher than that in patients with stable vitiligo(P<0.05)and significantly decreased after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05). Conclusions The content of serum IFN-γ might be used as a biomarker in laboratory to evaluate the activity of vitiligo.
