ICU护士与患者家属沟通现状与培训需求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of communication status and training needs between ICU nurses and patients' families

摘要: 目的 调查北京协和医院重症监护病房(ICU)护士与患者家属沟通培训的教学需求。方法 北京协和医院重症医学科对在科室内工作的143名护理人员发放问卷,对护士与患者家属沟通是否有负面经历、建立和谐关系的信心以及相关培训的需求程度进行评分。结果 共获得138份问卷,重症医学科46.4%的护士认为自己在工作中有时或经常遇到负面经历。仅有30.4%的护士对自己的沟通能力感到非常自信或者相当自信,83.3%的护士认为应当开展护士与患者家属沟通的相关培训。结论 沟通培训对重症医学科护士非常重要。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the learning needs of communication training between Intensive Care Unit(ICU) nurses and patients families in Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Methods The Department of Critical Care Medicine of Peking Union Medical College Hospital distributed questionnaires to 143 nurses working in the department, and scored whether nurses had negative experience in communicating with patients'families, confidence in building harmonious relationship and the need for training. Results A total of 138 questionnaires were obtained. 46.4% of nurses in ICU think they sometimes or often encounter negative experiences in their work. Only 30.4% of nurses were very confident or confident in their communication skills. As much as 83.3% of nurses believed that they should be trained in communication with patients family members. Conclusions Communication training is very important for intensive care nurses.
