摘要: 铁死亡是调节性细胞死亡的一种形式,其特征在于铁依赖性脂质过氧化氢在细胞内积聚过多。铁死亡与哺乳动物多种疾病的发生发展都有关系。突出铁死亡与哺乳动物疾病的联系,可以为临床疾病的诊治提供一个新的方向。

Abstract: Ferroptosis is a form of regulatory cell death characterized by the excessive accumulation of iron-dependent lipid hydroperoxide within the cell. It is related to the occurrence and development of many mammalian diseases.. Highlighting the link between ferroptosis and mammalian diseases can provide a new strategy for the treatment of clinical diseases.
