宁夏回、汉族人群乙醇代谢关键酶ALDH2基因多态性

Gene polymorphism of alcohol metabolism key enzyme ALDH2 in Ningxia Hui and Han ethnic

摘要: 目的 探讨酒精代谢关键酶ALDH2基因G1510A位点单核苷酸多态性在宁夏汉族、回族人群中的分布特征。方法 应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对162名回族和236名汉族人群酒精代谢关键酶ALDH2基因G1510A(rs671位点)多态性位点进行检测。结果 宁夏回族群体酒精代谢关键酶ALDH2基因G1510A位点各基因型频率及等位基因频率分别为(GG:69.14%;GA:27.16%;AA:3.70%;G:82.72%;A:17.28%)。宁夏汉族群体酒精代谢关键酶ALDH2基因G1510A位点各基因型频率及等位基因频率分别为(GG:71.19%;GA:25.00%;AA:3.81%;G:83.69%;A:16.31%)。按性别分组,酒精代谢关键酶ALDH2基因G1510A位点的基因型频率及等位基因频率亦无差异。结论 酒精代谢关键酶ALDH2基因G1510A位点在宁夏回、汉族人群中的分布无明显的差异。

Abstract: Objective To study the frequencies of allele and genotype distribution of Key enzyme of alcohol metabolism ALDH2 Gene G1510A polymorphisms in the Hui and Han people in Ningxia Province. Method The key enzyme of alcohol metabolism ALDH2 Gene G1510A polymorphisms was examined by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) methods in 162 hui and 236 han healthy adults. Results The key enzyme of alcohol metabolism ALDH2 Gene G1510A genotypes and alleles frequencies were(GG:69.14%;GA:27.16%;AA:3.70%;G:82.72%;A:17.28%)of Ningxia Hui ethnic, respectively.The key enzyme of alcohol metabolism ALDH2 Gene G1510A genotypes and alleles frequencies were(GG:71.19%;GA:25.00%;AA:3.81%;G:83.69%;A:16.31%)of Ningxia Han ethnic. The Phenotype frequency and allele gene frequency of The key enzyme of alcohol metabolism ALDH2 Gene G1510A were not significantly different between the female and male people in Ningxia too. Conclusion The key enzyme of alcohol metabolism ALDH2 Gene G1510A distribution in the Hui and Han ethnic of Ningxia is not significantly different.
