单核巨噬系统在高血压发病中的作用

Role of mononuclear phagocyte system in hypertension

摘要: 固有免疫和获得性免疫系统介导的慢性炎性反应参与高血压的发生、发展和靶器官损害过程。其中单核巨噬体统是固有免疫的重要组分,包括单核细胞、巨噬细胞和部分单核来源的树突样细胞等,可通过介导血管炎性反应、调节中枢交感神经系统和肾脏水盐代谢参与血压调节。

Abstract: Chronic inflammatory induced by innate and adaptive immune system involves in the occurrence, development and target organ injury of hypertension. Mononuclear phagocyte system, as part of innate immune system, is composed of monocyte, macrophage and monocyte derived dendritic cell, which participates in blood pressure regulation through vascular inflammation, central sympathetic nerve system and water-salt balance.
