摘要: JAK-STAT信号传导通路由多种细胞因子以及受体所激活,在实体瘤及血液系统肿瘤中参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、血管生成以及机体免疫调节等过程,该通路的异常表达及活化对促进肿瘤的发生发展具有重要的作用。近几年,以阻断JAK-STAT信号传导通路为机理的药物已经成为肿瘤治疗研究的热点,许多该通路抑制剂在体内外实验中均体现出抗肿瘤效果。

Abstract: Numerous cytokines and receptors activate the Janus kinases and signal transducer and activator of transcription signaling, which has been recognized as one of the important pathways in human solid tumors and blood malignancies. JAK-STAT pathway affects the expression and function of a variety of genes that are critical to cell survival, proliferation, angiogenesis, and immune evasion. Recently, targeting JAK-STAT signaling pathway is the hot spot for cancer therapy and a variety of JAK-STAT inhibitors have been identified that induce antitumor cell effects in vitro and in vivo.
