摘要: 以人为本,就是以实现人的全面发展为目标,从人民群众的根本利益出发谋发展、促发展,不断满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化需要,切实保障人民群众的经济、政治和文化权益,让发展的成果惠及全体人民。以人为本是我们党的根本宗旨和执政理念的集中体现。在医院管理体系中贯彻以人为本,就是要以患者为中心,以医务人员为主体,二者并行不悖,有机统一。现仅结合我院信息管理系统,浅谈医院信息管理系统如何在各个方面做到以人为本。

Abstract: Since the hospital information management has been constructed and applied in many hospitals and in most case the running of the system has been focused on technology and equipment,this paper discussed some important issues on the service capability that system offers.The key issue is how to use the information management system with two functions that provide information support to medical care and to help patients receiving the health care and medication.
