促进移植干细胞存活、分化和修复坏死心肌的策略

摘要: 移植干细胞在缺血心肌微环境中的低存活率是影响干细胞移植治疗效果的关键。通过采取干预措施即利用细胞因子、药物、化合物等对移植干细胞进行体外预处理,或采用有利于干细胞存活、黏附或促进血管形成的基因对干细胞进行修饰,可直接和间接地提高干细胞在缺血心肌微环境中的存活和分化能力,从而有助于促进移植干细胞修复坏死心肌和改善心功能。

Abstract: It is a key problem that the survival rate of stem cells is low in the ischemic myocardium microenvironment when treating ischemic diseases with stem cell transplantation. It is able to increase anti-apoptotic ability of the stem cells and promote their effective differentiation towards myocardial cells directly and indirectly by pretreating the stem cells with cytokines, drugs or chemical compounds, or modifying gene expression to promote cell adhesion, survival or angiogenesis for repairing ischemic myocardium and improving heart function after transplantation of the stem cells.
