超声医学教学体系构建的实践

摘要: 超声医学科住院医师规范化培训在医学生毕业后和专科医师的继续教育中起着承上启下的关键作用。近年来随着各类医学生纳入超声医学科住院医师规范化培训,遇到了被培训医师素质参差不齐、培训目标定位缺乏个性化、实施管理手段不足等一些问题。本文探讨了中日友好医院超声医学科规范化培训体系建设的具体内容,包括文化建设、课程体系建设、过程考核建设、师资建设等实践。可通过自身优势整合课程等资源并优化利用、健全并严格执行培训考核制度、重视师资建设、科室文化建设和人文关怀并举等措施,在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训工作上创出自己的特色,以期为未来构建规范化的超声医学医师培训管理体系奠定基础和提供经验。

Abstract: The standardized training of residents in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine plays a key role in the continuing education of medical students and specialists after graduation. In recent years, as graduate students, the students who have just graduated and also social people are included in the standardized training of residents in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine, they have encountered some problems, such as uneven quality of trainees, lack of individualization of training Objectives, insufficient methodology for implementation and management, etc. This paper discusses the specific contents of the construction of standardized training system in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine, including cultural construction, curriculum construction, process assessment, and faculty development and so on. We can create our own characteristics in the standardized training of residents in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine through measures such as integrating curriculum and other resources, optimizing the application, perfecting and strictly implementing the training and assessment system, paying more attention to the capacity building of teachers, good working environment in the department and humanistic care, so as to lay the foundation and provide experience for the construction of a standardized training management system for ultrasound doctors in the future.
