Klotho在心力衰竭中作用的研究进展

摘要: Klotho是一种抗衰老蛋白,可分为全长跨膜型Klotho、可溶性Klotho 和分泌型Klotho 3种类型,其与氧化应激、炎性反应、心肌肥厚与纤维化、自噬、线粒体功能障碍等联系密切,参与抑制了心力衰竭的发生发展,有望为心力衰竭的治疗提供新的靶点和方向。

Abstract: Klotho is an anti-aging protein and can be divided into three types: full-length transmembrane Klotho, soluble Klotho and secreted Klotho. Many studies have shown that Klotho is closely related to oxidative stress, inflammatory response, myocardial hypertrophy, fibrosis, autophagy, and mitochondrial dysfunction. It is also involved in the occurrence and development of heart failure. It is expected to provide a new target and direction for the treatment of heart failure.
