摘要: 新生血管性疾病累及多系统和多器官,是以血管新生为特征的一大类疾病,其中包含肿瘤、心血管疾病和眼部疾病等。微管抑制剂是一类通过改变微管状态,从而抑制新生血管生成及阻断新生血管的天然或合成类药物,其可能通过影响血管生成相关基因及细胞因子、诱导细胞凋亡及阻滞细胞周期发挥作用。

Abstract: Neovascular diseases involve multiple systems and organs and are a major category of diseases characterized by angiogenesis, including tumors, cardiovascular diseases and eye diseases. Microtubule inhibitors are a class of natural or synthetic drugs which inhibit neovascularization and block neovascularization through changing the state of microtubules. They may induce apoptosis and block cell cycle by affecting angiogenesis related genes and cytokines.
