褪黑素在扩张型心肌病中作用的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 扩张型心肌病(简称扩心病,DCM)表现为心肌收缩功能下降伴有左和/或双心室扩大,目前尚无能够有效延缓病情进展的药物。褪黑素(Mel)通过调节细胞损伤、氧化应激等病理过程在多种心血管疾病中介导延缓心肌重构、保护心功能的作用。DCM与Mel密切关联,有研究证实Mel在延缓DCM疾病进展中起到重要作用。

关键词: 褪黑素, 扩张型心肌病, 心血管保护作用

Abstract: Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is characterized by decreased systolic function and left or biventricular enlargement. There is no single specific medicine to delay the progression of DCM. Melatonin (Mel) plays a key role in many cardiovascular diseases by regulating cell damage, oxidative stress and other pathological processes,delaying myocardial remodeling and protecting cardiac function. There is a close relationship between DCM and Mel. It is confirmed that Mel plays an important role in delaying the progression of DCM.
